LEVEL MEASUREMENT

Transmitters offer fast installation and commissioning to reduce startup costs, while minimal maintenance is required due to non-contacting technology. They are ideal for measuring level, contents, volume, or open channel flow.  These transmitters are two-wire loop-powered with intrinsically safe (IS) certification for hazardous areas and can handle routine level measurement up to 25 meters. They also offer a local operator interface or remote programming capabilities. Inert process-wetted materials make them suitable for use with corrosive materials.  Vibrating rod solids level switches provide reliable point level detection in various dry solid applications. Their single probe design eliminates clogging and ridging problems that can occur with fork-style switches. They are also available in models approved for hazardous areas. Our level gauges provide high reliability for use in steam and process applications, specifically saturated steam, hot water, and aggressive fluids.
